Terms & Conditions - BKP Furniture Management System

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BKP Furniture Management System ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

The Platform is intended solely for authorised personnel of BKP Furniture and its associated business operations. Access is granted on a role-specific basis:

Admins and Managers may access all operational modules.
Executives may create and manage customer orders assigned to them.
Workshop and Dispatch Managers may view and update production status.
Vendor Managers may manage vendor assignments and production tracking.
Clients may view their order status and submit support requests.

3. Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing credentials with unauthorised persons is strictly prohibited. You must notify the system administrator immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Data Accuracy

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter into the Platform — including customer details, order specifications, pricing, and production updates. BKP Furniture Management System shall not be liable for business decisions made on the basis of inaccurate data entered by users.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Access the Platform using another user's credentials.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the Platform.
Upload malicious files or content.
Use the Platform for any purpose outside of BKP Furniture's internal business operations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the Platform is the property of BKP Furniture. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of any part of the Platform is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". BKP Furniture makes no warranties of any kind regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BKP Furniture shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

8. Modifications

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
